We are looking for a CRM Manager who will be responsible for handling customer relationships, managing the CRM team, resolving customer queries, and guiding customers to the nearest suitable branch as per their requirements. Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise the CRM team and monitor daily activities
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations effectively
Guide and advise customers regarding nearby branches as per their location and requirements
Ensure proper follow-up with customers for smooth service experience
Maintain customer records and update CRM data regularly
Coordinate with branches for customer support and issue resolution
Monitor team performance and ensure timely query resolution
Prepare daily and monthly reports related to customer handling and team performance
Maintain high customer satisfaction and service quality standards
Train and support team members for better performance and communication
Required Skills:
Experience in CRM, Customer Support, or Retail Operations
Team handling and leadership ability
Customer relationship management experience
Knowledge of CRM software and MS Excel
Problem-solving and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle escalations
