## Role Overview
The CRM Executive will be responsible for:
• Customer interaction (calls + WhatsApp + follow-ups)
• Order coordination and dispatch management
• Online sales handling and abandoned cart recovery
• Backend coordination between sales, production, and dispatch
• Conversion tracking and repeat customer development
This role requires strong communication skills, structured thinking, and comfort with digital tools.

## Key Responsibilities
### 1. Customer Handling & Sales Calling
• Call existing customers for repeat orders
• Follow up on leads generated via website, exhibitions, WhatsApp, and portals
• Handle customer queries and complaints professionally
• Convert inquiries into confirmed orders
• Call on abandoned carts and recover online sales
### 2. Online Sales & Dispatch Management
• Coordinate online orders from ezeepack.com
• Ensure proper order confirmation and payment verification
• Coordinate with dispatch team for timely shipment
• Update tracking details and communicate with customers
• Ensure smooth dispatch of online and offline orders
### 3. Backend & Coordination Work
• Maintain CRM data in Google Sheets / CRM software
• Coordinate internally with production and dispatch
• Maintain customer records and follow-up tracker
• Ensure proper documentation of orders and status updates
• Support management with daily reports

## Candidate Requirements
Minimum •1 year experience•• in calling, sales, or customer handling
• Experience in telecalling / customer support / inside sales preferred
• Strong Hindi communication (mandatory)
• Basic to manageable English (spoken and written)
• Comfortable with technology (Google Sheets, WhatsApp Web, email, CRM tools)
• Must own a laptop
• Organized and disciplined in follow-ups
• Good listening skills and polite tone
• Female candidates preferred
