Customer Relationship Executive

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Officer to join our team Vistaar Financial Services Pvt. Ltd. The role requires candidates who are skilled in building customer relationships, following up on leads, and maximizing sales opportunities. Requirements:

• Age Limit: upto 35 Years

• Qualification: If Fresher - Graduate, If Experienced - 12th Pass

• Experience: 0 to 5 Years (Preferably Banking/NBFC sales)

• Salary: 2,50,000/- up to 3,00,000/- Fixed pay/Annum

Key Responsibilities:

• Close sales through various methods like cold calling, presentations, and door-to-door visits.

• Build strong customer relationships and meet sales targets.

• Research and develop creative sales strategies to boost results.

• Report performance metrics and feedback to management regularly.

• Maintain and grow the client database effectively.

• Creating a high-quality portfolio

• CRO is responsible for both creating and maintaining a high-quality portfolio.

• Sourcing of Files through Channels/Connectors for Mortgage Loan

• Achievement of monthly target through

• Ensuring on-time collections

Ensuring customer satisfaction

• Ensure high level of customer satisfaction through high service quality
