Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build and maintain strong relationships with clients. The ideal candidate will assist customers with their life insurance and investment needs, provide financial product information, and ensure exceptional service while achieving business targets.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Understand clients' financial goals and recommend suitable life insurance and investment solutions.

Handle customer inquiries, policy servicing, renewals, and claim assistance.

Generate leads through referrals, networking, and existing customer relationships.

Cross-sell and up-sell insurance and investment products.

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Maintain accurate client records and update CRM systems.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely policy issuance and service delivery.

Stay updated on insurance products, investment options, and industry regulations.

Achieve monthly sales and customer service targets.

Required Skills
