Job Title: Customer Relationship Executive (Digital Sales)

About the Role:
We are looking for energetic and target-oriented Customer Relationship Executives to join our Digital Sales vertical. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills and at least one year of sales experience. You will be responsible for interacting with customers, understanding their requirements, and promoting digital sales products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle outbound voice-based sales interactions with potential customers.
● Promote and sell digital insurance or related financial products.
● Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups.
● Work towards achieving daily and weekly sales targets.
● Ensure excellent customer experience through effective communication.
Required Skills & Experience:
● Qualification: Graduation (Full-time or Part-time)
● Experience: Minimum 1+ years (Sales experience mandatory)
● Communication: Good verbal communication skills in English
● Knowledge: Understanding of sales, call center operations, and general insurance concepts
Operational Checklist:
● Good communication and confidence during customer interaction.
● Clear understanding of call center and sales processes.
● Awareness of sales techniques and general insurance basics.
● Ability to handle mock calls and sales discussions confidently.
Job Details:
● Working Days: 5 days a week
● Week Off: 2 rotational days per week
● Shift Timing: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (Fixed)
● Transport: Not applicable
Salary Details:
● CTC: Up to ₹3.79 LPA
● Net In-hand Salary: Up to ₹27,000 per month (depending on last drawn salary)
● Incentives: Unlimited performance-based incentives
