Position: CRM Executive (Customer Relationship Management)

Location: To be shared by the company

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹22,000 per month

Preferred Candidate: Female (Married Preferred)

Experience: Minimum 2 years in CRM, Customer Service, Sales Coordination, Billing, or Payment Collection

Qualification: Graduate in any discipline; Basic knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, Email, and Computer Operations

Job Summary

Topline Clothing is looking for a dedicated and responsible CRM Executive to manage customer relationships, process orders, coordinate billing and dispatch activities, and ensure timely payment collections. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and follow-up skills to provide a seamless customer experience from order confirmation to final payment realization.

Key Responsibilities

· Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

· Receive and process customer orders accurately.

· Coordinate billing, invoicing, and dispatch documentation (Bilty).

· Track order status and ensure timely delivery.

· Send payment reminders through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.

· Follow up on outstanding payments and ensure timely collections.

· Maintain accurate customer records and update CRM data regularly.

· Coordinate with Sales, Dispatch, and Accounts teams.

· Resolve customer queries and provide prompt customer support.

· Prepare daily and weekly follow-up and collection reports.

Required Skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

· Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp, and Computer Operations.

· Basic knowledge of Tally.

· Ability to multitask and manage multiple customer accounts.

· Organized, responsible, and result-oriented.
