Job title:Customer Success & Operations Executive (CSOE)
Location: Gaur City Center Office
Terms: Full time 09:30AM to 06:00PM
Salary/rate: As per work experience and skills

About us: We wholesale different building material products mainly Cement. We are a B2B company and liaison for orders, payments & supplies. We have tie-up with all major cement companies of India. Builder and infrastructure companies in different states are our customer base.

About the role: This role is all about providing support in sales increase of our organization. Candidate need to help on-ground marketing person by liaising between customer and supplier.

Responsibilities:
 Looking new customer through internet and maintain data
 Revert to Indiamart queries
 Connect with potential customers and provide relevant information over call &e-mail
 Maintain different social media accounts of our company
 Take care of customer inquiry and brief about given products
 Follow-up for orders and payments with customer

Candidate requirements:
 Knowledge of information searching over internet
 Calling and operation experience
 Basic MS office and Pdf working
 Basic E-mail knowledge
 Good communication skill over phone call
 Knowledge of different social media platform
