We are hiring Customer Relationship Executives who are fluent in Tamil and have excellent communication and convincing skills. As a part of our customer success team, you will be responsible for engaging with our existing premium users, collecting feedback, encouraging app ratings, and boosting our referral ecosystem.
Make outbound calls to existing premium users to build rapport and collect feedback on their experience with MalgoPay.
Encourage users to rate the MalgoPay app with 5 stars and share their positive experiences.
Call users who have actively referred friends, appreciate their efforts, and encourage continued referrals.
Reach out to users who have not referred recently, understand the reasons, and motivate them to refer more friends.
Maintain clear and updated records of calls, feedback, and user responses.
Collaborate with the internal team to share insights and improve customer engagement strategies.
Fluency in Tamil (mandatory) and basic communication in English/Hindi.
Strong communication and convincing skills.
Prior experience in customer support, telecalling, or relationship management is a plus.
Immediate joiners preferred.
Friendly, patient, and persuasive with a focus on customer satisfaction.
Ability to work independently and manage daily call targets.
Fixed working days (Monday to Friday).
