Role Overview We are seeking a dynamic and persuasive Presales Consultant to support our real estate broking vertical. You will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients, responsible for building interest, presenting our services, and coordinating appointments with our leadership. This is a high-impact role where communication, persistence, and ownership are key Key Responsibilities • Initiate outbound calls to resident data leads and qualify interest • Present Cassiopeia’s services clearly and effectively to prospects • Set up high-quality meetings for the leadership team • Maintain and update presales MIS (calls made, meetings booked, outcomes) • Follow up on warm leads and nurture them through the sales funnel • Coordinate closely with leadership on daily targets and feedback • Assist in refining call scripts and objection handling based on real-time feedback Requirements • Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Odia • Prior experience in telesales, customer service, or real estate preferred • Strong persuasion and interpersonal skills • Comfortable with using CRM/MIS tools (Excel, Google Sheets, or CRM software) • High ownership mindset and ability to work independently • Graduate in any discipline What We Offer • Opportunity to work directly with the founders of a high-growth real estate company • Transparent incentives linked to appointment quality and conversions • Dynamic start up culture with room to grow • Training and mentorship from experienced leadership
