We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to join our team at at Kimora Fashion Private Limited. The role requires identifying new business opportunities, building long-lasting client relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate for this role must have a passion for sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven record of closing deals.

• Manage and maintain CRM databases with accurate customer and prospect information.
• Product oriented to engage with customer on floor sales for learning customer buying pattern.
• Track leads, opportunities, and sales activities through the CRM system.
• Monitor lead assignment and follow-up activities to ensure timely action.
• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
• Coordinate with marketing teams for lead management and campaign tracking.
• Assist in customer retention and customer engagement initiatives.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 1 - 4 years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
