Role: Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dedicated Customer Relationship Manager to act as the bridge between our company and our clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining long-term relationships, addressing client concerns, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Client Handling: Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
Communication: Acting as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries via calls, emails, and meetings.
Problem Solving: Resolving client complaints or issues promptly to maintain trust and satisfaction.
Retention: Ensuring high client retention rates by understanding their needs and providing timely solutions.
Coordination: Working closely with internal teams to ensure client requirements are met on time.
Excellent Communication: Must have strong verbal and written communication skills (English & Hindi).
Client Management: Proven experience in handling clients and managing expectations professionally.
Soft Skills: Should be polite, patient, and a good listener.
