Job Summary
iFix India is Apple Premium Service Provider and the Largest company since 10 plus years As a Brand years based out in Bangalore with 06 Stores including WH & CO.Company is expanding in few leading south Indian cities Shortly.
The Customer Relationship Excutive is responsible for manging customer interactions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, & supporting sales and service processes, The role requires strong communications skills, basic technical understanding, and the ability to handle customer queries efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle walk-in customers & Inbound/outbound calls professionally
Understand customer requirements and guide them on services/products
Maintain strong customer relationshilps to ensure repeat business
Coordinate with technical/service team for timely issue resolution
Follow up with customers on service status and feedback
Maintain customer records and update sofware system
Support sales efforts by explaining service benefits and upselling where appropriate
Address customer complaints & ensure quick resolution
Required Skills:
Good Communication Skills
Basic sales & negotiation Skills
Customer handling & problem solving ability
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Billing Software, ect..)
Basic technical knowledge (Mobile/Laptop preferred for repair businesses)
Qualification - Degree/ Diploma
Timings - 09 Hours & Sunday off
Salary - 2.4lpa to 3pla
