Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to communicate with customers through outbound calls, promote the company's services and offers, follow up on company-provided sales leads, schedule appointments, and conduct post-service feedback calls. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound sales calls to company-provided leads to promote services, packages, memberships, and special offers.
Follow up with prospective customers and encourage them to book appointments or avail of services.
Contact existing customers to inform them about new services, promotions, and seasonal offers.
Book, confirm, reschedule, and remind customers about appointments.
Conduct post-service feedback calls to assess customer satisfaction and gather valuable feedback.
Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate complaints or issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, call outcomes, appointments, and feedback in the CRM/software.
Coordinate with branch teams to ensure seamless customer service and follow-up.
Achieve daily calling targets and contribute to branch sales through effective customer engagement.
Prepare and submit daily reports on calls, appointments, feedback, and sales conversions.
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 0 - 6+ years of experience. Applicants should have strong negotiation skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
