Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement:
Serve as primary point of contact, proactively engaging with customers via phone, email, or social media.
Issue Resolution:
Handle complaints, escalations, and inquiries promptly and professionally, finding satisfactory solutions.
Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture long-lasting relationships, understanding client needs and preferences.
Sales & Growth:
Identify opportunities for upselling, cross-selling, and providing product/service updates to increase sales.
Feedback & Reporting:
Gather customer feedback, analyze data, and report on customer satisfaction to improve strategies and products.
Internal Collaboration:
Work with sales, marketing, and other teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
