Customer Relationship Executive

Job Summary:

The Greeter is the first point of contact for customers entering the showroom. The role involves welcoming visitors, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive first impression of the brand. This position requires excellent communication, interpersonal skills, and a customer-centric attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

• Warmly welcome customers upon arrival and guide them through the showroom.

• Maintain a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.

• Provide information on products, promotions, and ongoing offers.

• Assist in directing customers to the appropriate sales or service personnel.

• Handle visitor inquiries and provide prompt responses.

• Ensure the reception and showroom area are clean, organized, and presentable.

• Collaborate with sales and service teams to ensure seamless customer experience.

• Track and report footfall and visitor interactions to management.

• Support administrative tasks, such as managing appointment schedules or visitor logs, if required.

Required Skills & Competencies:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of local language (Hindi/Tamil/other regional) is a plus.

• Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

• Ability to handle multiple customers efficiently and courteously.

• Good organizational and time-management skills.

• Basic knowledge of customer service principles.

• Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or customer-facing role is preferred but not mandatory.
