Job Summary:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin & CRM Executive to manage day-to-day administrative tasks and maintain customer relationship management (CRM) systems. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations and effective handling of customer data and communications.

Administrative Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day office administration and coordination
Maintain office records, documents, and filing systems
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow
Manage vendor coordination, office supplies, and general operations
Assist in scheduling meetings, maintaining calendars, and preparing reports
CRM Management:
Maintain and update customer data in software
Track leads, inquiries, and customer interactions
Ensure timely follow-up with customers and internal teams
Generate reports related to sales, service, and customer activities
Maintain proper documentation of customer communications
Act as a point of contact between customers and internal teams (sales/service)
Support in order processing, dispatch coordination, and documentation
Assist in complaint tracking and resolution follow-ups
Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality in CRM systems
Key Skills & Requirements:
Graduate in any discipline.
1–3 years of experience in admin and/or CRM role
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Good communication (written & verbal)
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Experience with CRM tools/software is an advantage
