Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with customers and business leads.

• Build and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and follow up on leads.

• Prepare quotations, maintain records, and ensure timely communication.

• Manage and update client databases and documentation.

• Assist in marketing, digital promotions, and customer engagement activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Graduate (any stream).

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of marketing and digital marketing.

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email handling.

• Ability to prepare and manage quotations and product documents.

• Organized, reliable, and proactive in completing assigned tasks.
