1. Customer Coordination (Pan India)
Act as a single point of contact for assigned customers across India.
Handle enquiries, quotations, follow-ups, and order confirmations.
Maintain regular communication with distributors, HoReCa clients, private label customers, and institutional buyers.
Address customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
2. Order Processing & Documentation
Prepare Proforma Invoices, Sales Orders, and dispatch instructions.
Coordinate with production for roast schedules and packaging requirements.
Ensure timely dispatch and track shipments.
Maintain proper documentation including contracts, price approvals, and KLDs.
3. Sales Support & MIS
Maintain updated customer database and sales records.
Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and MIS for management review.
Track pending payments and coordinate with the accounts team.
Monitor sales targets vs achievement and share updates with the sales team.
4. Coordination with Internal Teams
Work closely with procurement for raw material availability.
Coordinate with production & quality teams for blend approvals.
Liaise with logistics for timely deliveries across India.
5. Market & Product Support
Support sales team in launching new coffee blends/products.
Share market feedback and competitor insights.
Assist in exhibitions, trade fairs, and coffee events when required.
