Job Description: Business Development Executive (Presales) – Exhibition Stall Designing Company

Position: Business Development Executive (Presales)
Location: Powai, Mumbai
Experience: 1-3 years (Freshers with good communication skills can also apply)
Industry: Exhibition Stall Design & Fabrication

Job Overview:

We are looking for a BDE to handle client inquiries, generate leads, and follow up with potential customers for our stall designing and fabrication services. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a persuasive approach to client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce exhibition stall design services.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.

• Understand client requirements and provide basic details about our services.

• Schedule meetings between clients and the sales team.

• Maintain and update customer databases and call records.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.

• Handle incoming calls and respond to client queries professionally.

• Coordinate with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth communication.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service (preferred in the exhibition or event industry).

• Strong verbal communication skills in [mention required languages, e.g., English, Hindi, or regional language].

• Ability to handle client objections and convert inquiries into business opportunities.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.

• Excellent persuasion and negotiation skills.

• A proactive and result-oriented approach.
