Specific Responsibilities:
★ Prospect Identification: Identify and engage potential business opportunities.
★ Sales and Relationships: Build strong client relationships and effectively communicate product value.
★ Problem Solving: Address client challenges with tailored solutions.
★ Lead Management: Handle outbound calls and follow-ups to nurture leads and drive conversions.
★ Service Excellence: Maintain high service standards to ensure client satisfaction.
★ Revenue Generation: Focus on closing sales and meeting revenue goals.
❖ Act as a Relationship Manager for paid customers, building trust and ensuring long term engagement.
❖ Understand customer needs and assist in finding the right tenant or property with tailored solutions.
❖ Manage inbound and outbound calls, negotiate with leads, and provide regular updates on account progress.
❖ Utilize internal tools and adhere to company guidelines to deliver efficient and highquality service.
❖ Go the extra mile to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.
Job details :
Timing : 9am-6pm/9:30 am- 6:30 pm / 10am-7pm
Working days - 6 ( weekday rotational weekoff between mon - thurs )
Login hours : 9 , working hours : 8 + 1 hour break
KPI : 4-5 HOURS OF CALLTIME
