Position: Customer Care Executive
Location: Dichaon Kalan, New Delhi
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)

About the Role

Nedisha Group is looking for a dedicated and customer-oriented Customer Care Executive to strengthen customer relationships and ensure excellent after-sales support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer calls, collecting service feedback, promoting Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC), assisting customers with spare parts requirements, coordinating dispatches, and maintaining spare parts inventory.

Key Responsibilities
IndiaMART Lead Management

• Handle all incoming IndiaMART inquiries promptly and professionally.

• Understand customer requirements and record complete lead details.

• Transfer qualified leads to the concerned Sales, Service, or Technical department for further action.

• Follow up internally to ensure timely response to customer inquiries.

• Maintain and update IndiaMART lead records and status.

Customer Support

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally.

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding machines, services, and support.

• Resolve customer concerns or coordinate with the Service Team for timely resolution.

• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.

Customer Feedback

• Contact existing customers regularly to collect feedback on machine performance and service quality.

• Record customer feedback and prepare reports for Management.

• Escalate critical customer concerns to the relevant department.

AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)

• Explain the benefits and coverage of Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC).

• Follow up with existing customers for AMC renewals.

• Generate AMC leads and coordinate with the Sales & Service teams for closure.

Spare Parts Sales

• Identify customers' spare parts requirements.

• Recommend suitable genuine spare parts.

• Prepare quotations and coordinate with the Sales Team for order confirmation.

• Follow up until order completion and delivery.

Store & Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory.

• Monitor stock levels and report low-stock items to Management.

• Coordinate inward and outward movement of spare parts.

• Maintain proper stock registers and inventory records.

• Ensure proper storage and organization of spare parts.

Required Skills

• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

• Good organizational and follow-up skills.

• Ability to handle multiple customer queries efficiently.

• Basic knowledge of inventory or store management will be an added advantage.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (preferred).

• 1–3 years of experience in Customer Care, Customer Support, After-Sales Service, Telecalling, or Spare Parts Coordination.

• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
