Key Responsibilities:
Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels.
Troubleshoot and resolve product/service issues.
Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records in the CRM.
Follow up to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
Understand customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
Conduct outbound follow-up calls to warm leads and existing customers.
Advertise the part and product of the the brand gadgets.
Make the customer aware of the products and convince them to buy the products.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service and/or inside sales (1-3 years preferred)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in CRM systems.
Comfortable making outbound calls and engaging customers.
