Job Description – CRM Executive

Position: CRM Executive

Location: Near Kaushambi Metro Station, Ghaziabad

Qualification: Any Graduate

Experience: Minimum 2 Years

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Job Responsibilities

Responsible for servicing clients from the time of order confirmation until collection of payment from the client.

Build and maintain excellent working relationships with customers.

Provide customers with proper support and information regarding company products and services.

Understand customer queries and provide timely and appropriate solutions.

Improve customer satisfaction by efficiently addressing and resolving inquiries, concerns, and complaints.

Coordinate effectively with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing and customer service.

Maintain regular communication and follow-up with clients.

Develop and maintain long-term relationships with customers.

Handle customer situations professionally and take appropriate action as required.

Ensure timely follow-up on pending orders, payments, queries, and other customer requirements.

Be available to attend customer calls and respond to client requirements promptly.

Communicate confidently and professionally with clients, both verbally and through written emails.

Maintain proper records and follow up on customer-related activities.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in CRM/Customer Relationship Management or a similar role.

Any Graduate qualification.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Candidate should be confident, polite, soft-spoken, and hardworking.

Good follow-up and coordination skills.

Strong customer-service orientation.

Ability to handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to communicate effectively through phone calls and emails.

Should be responsible, proactive, and capable of working with internal teams.
