Job Summary

Amii Business Support Solutions Pvt Ltd is urgently hiring Bengali-speaking Telecallers / Customer Support Executives for outbound and inbound call processes. Candidates must be fluent in Bengali and comfortable working in a target-driven BPO environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle outbound and inbound customer calls in Regional Language

• Explain products/services and generate leads

• Follow up with interested customers

• Maintain accurate records in CRM/software

• Achieve daily and monthly performance targets

• Resolve customer queries professionally

• Ensure call quality and compliance standards

Required Skills

• Fluent Bengali communication (Mandatory)

• Basic Hindi and/or English understanding

• Telecalling / BPO / Customer Support experience preferred

• Good persuasion and negotiation skills

• Basic computer knowledge

• Target-oriented mindset

Eligibility Criteria

• Minimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate

• Freshers can apply
