🔹 Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Support Executive for the Immigration Process who will assist clients with their queries related to visa and immigration services. The candidate should have strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries via calls, emails, and chats regarding immigration services
Provide accurate information about visa processes, documentation, and timelines
Guide clients through application procedures
Maintain proper records of customer interactions
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
🔹 Requirements
Good communication skills (English & Hindi preferred)
Basic knowledge of customer service processes
Ability to handle pressure and manage multiple queries
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply
🔹 Preferred Skills
Prior experience in BPO / Customer Support / Immigration process is a plus
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
