Cross-Border Amazon Listing & Cataloguing Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented Listing & Cataloguing Specialist to create, optimise and maintain our product catalogue across Amazon marketplaces in several countries. You will own the full listing lifecycle, from product data and images to keyword-rich content and compliance, so that our products are accurate, easy to find and ready to sell in every market we enter.

Key responsibilities

Listing creation and cataloguing

• Create and upload new product listings on Amazon marketplaces such as Amazon.in, Amazon.ae, Amazon.sa and Amazon.com, using Seller Central and bulk inventory files.

• Build and maintain accurate product data: titles, bullet points, descriptions, attributes, variations, GTIN/EAN/UPC details and product identifiers.

• Set up parent-child variations (size, colour, pack size) and keep them clean.

• Maintain a master catalogue sheet and keep information consistent across all marketplaces.

Content and SEO

• Write and localise titles, bullets and descriptions for each market, following Amazon style guides and category rules.

• Research keywords and search terms and use them naturally in backend search terms and listing copy.

• Brief designers on main images, infographics, lifestyle images and A+ Content, and check that they meet Amazon image requirements.

• Coordinate translation or localisation into Arabic, Hindi and other languages where required.

Compliance and category approvals

• Apply for category and brand approvals, and manage restricted or gated categories.

• Make sure listings meet local requirements, such as GST/HSN codes for India, VAT details for the UAE and Saudi Arabia, country of origin, MRP and mandatory pack information.

• Check products for hazmat or dangerous goods flags, certifications and safety information before they go live.

• Work with Brand Registry to protect brand content and resolve content disputes.

Catalogue health and cross-border operations

• Monitor listings daily for suppressions, stranded inventory, buy box loss, hijackers and incorrect category placement, and fix issues quickly.

• Handle Amazon case logs for listing, catalogue and ownership problems.

• Support inventory planning with the operations team: FBA shipment details, labels, dimensions and weights, and cross-border shipping data.

• Share pricing, fee and margin data with the pricing team and flag listings that need price or content updates.

• Track listing performance (conversion rate, sessions, ratings, return reasons) and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in Amazon listing and cataloguing, preferably across more than one marketplace.

• Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Seller Central, flat files and bulk upload tools.

• Strong written English. Arabic or Hindi is an advantage.

• Good understanding of Amazon SEO, product attributes, variations and A+ Content.

• Working knowledge of cross-border selling basics: GST/VAT, HSN codes, customs data, FBA and fulfilment models.

• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills.

• Careful, accurate and organised, with the ability to manage hundreds of SKUs.

Nice to have

• Experience with Amazon Global Selling programmes.

• Experience with keyword and research tools such as Helium 10 or Jungle Scout.

• Basic Canva or Photoshop skills for image checks.

• Experience with Brand Registry and A+ Content.

• Experience in home, kitchen, cleaning, FMCG or apparel categories.
