CRM Executive

We are looking for a tech-savvy CRM Executive to manage customer data, leads, sales pipelines, follow-ups, and CRM operations. Candidates with an IT/technical background will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage CRM systems, leads, customer data, and sales pipelines.

· Track leads from inquiry to conversion and follow-up.

· Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare performance reports.

· Manage customer communication, campaigns, and retention activities.

· Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Development, and Support teams.

· Handle CRM automation and integrations with websites, APIs, email, WhatsApp, and other platforms.

· Analyze CRM data and improve processes and customer experience.

Required Skills

· Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Freshsales, or similar platforms.

· Knowledge of lead management, CRM processes, sales funnels, and reporting.

· Basic understanding of APIs, automation, databases, and integrations.

· Strong communication, analytical, and coordination skills.

Preferred

· IT/Computer Science/Technical background.

· Experience in an IT/software company or digital marketing agency.

· Knowledge of CRM automation, WhatsApp/email integration, and API integrations.
