Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound and inbound calls to customers and educational institutions.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information and support.
- Follow up with leads, customers, schools, and institutions.
- Maintain accurate customer and lead data in the CRM system.
- Update call records, follow-ups, status, and customer interactions.
- Coordinate with the Sales and CRM Head for lead conversion and customer support.
- Identify customer requirements and escalate issues when required.
- Prepare daily calling and follow-up reports.
- Ensure timely follow-up with existing and potential customers.
Required Skills
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Experience in CRM, customer support, telecalling, or lead management.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM software.
Strong follow-up, coordination, and organizational skills.
Ability to manage multiple leads and maintain accurate records.
A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.
