This is a full-time on-site role for a CRM Executive at our Delhi, India location. The CRM Executive will be responsible for :
1.Managing ongoing inquiries and orders from existing clients
2.Communicating with clients over phone, e-mail, and WhatsApp
3.Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients
4.Growing revenues and profits from existing clients
5.Collaborating with internal teams to quickly resolve customer queries and problems
6.Submitting timely and accurate reports
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Minimum 2 years of experience in sales/ client relationship management/ client account management
Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously
Knowledge of the automotive spare parts industry is a plus
Knowledge of export business is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
