Counter / Retail Sales Executive

ey Responsibilities

• Customer Interaction: Welcome walk-in customers warmly, assess their preferences (traditional, modern, bridal, daily wear), and guide them through gold, silver, and diamond collections. [1]

• Product Knowledge: Explain product specifications accurately, including purity (e.g., 22K/18K gold), gross/net weight, stone details, making charges, current bullion rates, and active store schemes or festival offers. [1]

• Sales Targets: Work towards achieving individual daily, monthly, and seasonal sales targets as well as contributing to overall showroom revenue. [1]

• Relationship Management: Build long-term rapport with customers to encourage repeat visits, festival bookings, and word-of-mouth referrals. [1]

• Objection Handling & Closing: Address customer queries regarding pricing, exchange policies, or customization, and smoothly close sales. [1]

• Store & Counter Upkeep: Maintain the neatness, safety, and proper display of merchandise at the assigned counter. [1]

• Compliance & Billing: Follow strict internal security protocols, gold-handling rules, KYC/billing procedures, and inventory tallying at shift start and end
