Job Description – BDE / Education Counsellor

Position: Business Development Executive / Education Counsellor
Industry: Education / IT Training
Location: Bangalore (Whitefield)
Experience Required: 2 – 5Years
CTC: Up to ₹3,00,000 per annum

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to handle student enquiries, promote clinical research programs, and drive admissions through effective counselling and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

• • Handle inbound & outbound student enquiries (calls, WhatsApp, email)

• • Counsel students on Clinical Research courses (CR, CDM, PV, etc.)

• • Convert leads into admissions and achieve monthly targets

• • Follow up on pending enquiries and fee collections

• • Maintain accurate records in CRM/LMS

• • Coordinate with academic & operations teams

Required Skills & Qualifications

• • Graduate in any discipline (Life Sciences preferred)

• • 2–5 years of experience in sales / counselling / education sector

• • Good communication & persuasion skills

• • Target-oriented and self-motivated

• • Comfortable with calling and follow-ups
