Understand the client’s academic background, goals, and preferences.
Provide guidance on suitable countries, universities, colleges, and courses.
Explain admission requirements, eligibility criteria, and scholarship opportunities.
Assist in application filling, SOP/LOR guidance, and documentation review.
Advise clients on PR pathways, work permits, visitor visas, spouse visas, and other immigration routes.
Explain visa rules, timelines, eligibility, and required documentation.
Conduct profile assessments and suggest the best immigration programs (Canada, Australia, UK, Europe, etc.).
Ensure all forms, financial documents, and academic papers are complete and accurate.
Coordinate with universities, embassies, and visa offices when required.
Track application progress and update clients regularly.
Maintain strong communication and follow-up with students and applicants.
Handle queries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and in-person meetings.
Provide professional and ethical guidance at all times.
Convert counselling inquiries into admissions/visa applications.
Participate in seminars, events, and marketing activities.
Maintain records of leads, conversions, and monthly targets.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Education/Counselling preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years’ experience in education or immigration counselling.
Strong communication skills (English + local language).
Knowledge of international education systems (Canada, UK, US, Australia, Europe).
Good sales, convincing ability, and client-handling skills.
Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, CRM tools).
