Position Overview

The Visa Counsellor & Documentation Executive is responsible for ethical client counselling, lead conversion, and accurate visa documentation as per company SOPs and regulatory guidelines. This is a non-immigration advisory role, and no guarantees or false commitments are permitted.

Key Responsibilities

A. Client Counselling & Lead Conversion (60%)

• Attend walk-in clients, calls, and assigned leads

• Conduct profile assessment strictly as per SOP

• Identify suitable visa options and explain process, timelines, and costs

• Maintain follow-ups and update lead records

• Ensure transparency and ethical counselling

• Achieve assigned conversion KPIs

B. Visa File & Document Management (35%)

• Share country-wise document checklists

• Verify documents for accuracy and completeness

• Assist in form filling under guidance

• Coordinate with clients for pending documents

• Prepare files for internal verification

• Avoid errors leading to rejection

C. Compliance & Internal Process (5%)

• Follow company policies and MEA guidelines

• Maintain confidentiality of client data

• Attend training and process update sessions

• Escalate complex cases to seniors

Required Skills

• English fluency (spoken & written)

• Hindi / Punjabi preferred

• MS Word, Email, PDF handling, basic Excel

• Strong attention to detail

• Ethical sales mindset and integrity

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)

Experience

Freshers welcome (training provided)

Visa experience preferred but not mandatory"
