We are looking for a Training Counselor to join our team . The role involves planning, delivering and evaluating training programs to help individuals or teams improve their performance. This position offers an in-hand salary of upt0 35 Kas per experience and a chance to support professional growth in others.

Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good counselling and convincing ability
- Fieldwork readiness and ability to engage with communities
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, MIS entry)
