We are looking for a compassionate and communicative professional to join our team as Patient Counsellor and guide patients and their families through treatment and financial planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Counsel patients and families on treatment plans, procedures and costs
Explain package options, insurance and government scheme benefits
Assist with insurance and scheme pre-authorisation and documentation
Coordinate with clinical, billing and admission teams
Follow up with patients and maintain accurate records
Provide a supportive and empathetic patient experience
Eligibility:
Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce, Hospital Administration or Healthcare Management) Preferred from Eye Hospital
1-3 years of experience in a patient counselling role in a healthcare or hospital setting
Good communication skills in English, Telugu and Hindi
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software)
Patient, empathetic and professional approach
