Counsellor

MAICAT HEALTHCARE is looking for a compassionate and motivated Health Counselor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for guiding individuals on their health and wellness journey, understanding their needs, recommending suitable health programs or services, and building long-term relationships with clients. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills and a customer-focused approach to help clients achieve their health goals.

Key Responsibilities

Connect with potential and existing clients to understand their health and wellness needs.

Provide professional counseling and recommend appropriate health programs, treatments, or services.

Educate clients about available healthcare solutions and their benefits.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular follow-ups.

Address client queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism.

Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and counseling sessions.

Achieve assigned counseling, enrollment, or revenue targets while ensuring client satisfaction.

Stay updated with health and wellness trends, products, and services.

Job Requirements

Minimum Qualification: Minimum graduation

Experience: Experience Range

Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.

Strong listening skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach.

Ability to build trust and maintain confidentiality.

Basic computer proficiency and record-keeping skills.

Knowledge of healthcare, wellness, nutrition, or related services will be an added advantage.

Experience in health counseling, patient counseling, customer service, telecalling, or sales is preferred.
