We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Counsellor to guide prospective and enrolled candidates in choosing suitable IT training programs. The role involves counselling students on career paths in technology, explaining course offerings, and supporting them throughout their learning journey.

Key Responsibilities

Counsel students and working professionals about IT courses
Understand candidates’ background and recommend appropriate training programs
Handle walk-ins, calls, emails, and online inquiries
Explain course details, fees, duration, and career opportunities
Assist in admissions and enrollment process
Maintain student records and follow-ups using CRM systems
Coordinate with trainers and placement teams
Support students with career guidance and job opportunities
Achieve admission and conversion targets
