GYM COUNSELLOR –
Position: Gym Counsellor / Membership Executive
Job Responsibilities
Welcome walk-in customers and provide information about gym facilities, memberships and fitness programmes.
Counsel prospective members and convert enquiries into paid memberships.
Explain membership plans, pricing, offers and renewal policies to customers.
Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp enquiries and follow-ups with prospective members.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain a record of inquiries and conversions.
Contact existing members regarding membership renewals and expired memberships.
Maintain customer records, inquiry registers and daily sales reports.
Coordinate with trainers and management to ensure a smooth member experience.
Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.
Achieve monthly membership sales and renewal targets.
Skills & Requirements
minimum 12th pass.
Good communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp and email).
Experience in gym sales, counseling or customer service preferred.
Presentable, punctual and well-organized.
Ability to meet sales targets and work in a team.
Knowledge of fitness and gym memberships is an advantage.
