Job Description:

Dr. Smit Education Consultancy is looking for a confident and experienced Education Counsellor who can guide 12th Science (PCB) students and their parents for MBBS admission in Russia.

The counsellor will be responsible for end-to-end counselling, explaining the complete MBBS abroad process, benefits, university details, and convincing parents and students to take admission through our consultancy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and parents visiting the office regarding MBBS in Russia

• Explain:

  • MBBS eligibility & admission process

  • Universities, fees structure & course duration

  • Benefits of studying MBBS in Russia

  • Safety, living standards & future career scope

• Handle walk-in enquiries, leads, and follow-ups

• Convince parents confidently and handle objections professionally

• Maintain proper records of enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions

• Attend field work, seminars, school visits, or promotional events when required

• Coordinate with the internal team for documentation and admission process

• Build trust and long-term relationships with parents and students

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (Any stream)

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in education counselling or admission consultancy

• Excellent communication skills in English (mandatory)

• Ability to explain complex information in a simple and clear manner

• Strong convincing and negotiation skills

• Presentable personality with a professional approach

• Comfortable with office work + field work

• Ability to handle pressure during peak admission seasons
