Key responsibilities:

1. B2B: Identify and approach dealers, distributors, corporates, and institutions. Handle pitches, quotations, negotiations, and follow-ups through to order closure.
2. B2C: Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries. Run product demos and test rides, and convert enquiries into sales.
3. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for both channels.
4. Maintain lead and pipeline records in the CRM or tracker, with daily follow-ups.
5. Coordinate with after-sales, operations, and dispatch so orders, delivery, and service run smoothly.
6. Collect customer feedback and market and competitor information, and share it with the team.
7. Represent the brand at events, exhibitions, and dealer meets when needed.

Requirements:
1. Graduate in any stream (BBA/MBA in Sales or Marketing preferred)
2. 0-2 years of sales experience (automobile, EV, consumer durables, or B2B sales preferred).
3. Freshers with strong communication skills can be considered.
4. Good spoken Hindi and English
5. Comfortable with cold calling, negotiation, and basic Excel or CRM use
6. Willing to travel locally for client and dealer visits
7. Target-driven and self-motivated
