Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary liaison between the organization and government departments/officers (IAS, WBCS, etc.).

• Handle official communication, correspondence, and meeting coordination.

• Maintain a professional and polished image in all interactions.

• Assist in media relations, event coordination, and public outreach initiatives.

• Monitor government notifications, events, and updates relevant to the organization.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Degree in Mass Communication / Journalism (mandatory).

• Personality: Outspoken, confident, and articulate.

• Preferred Background: Convent-educated candidates will be given preference.

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi/Bengali (as applicable).

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with senior government officials.
