Key responsibilities
Sales strategy: Develop and implement strategic action plans and sales strategies to drive measurable revenue growth and achieve targets.
Client relationship management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential corporate clients, travel agents, and other partners to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
Negotiation: Negotiate contracts, rates, and packages to secure business while ensuring they meet financial objectives.
Business development: Identify new business opportunities and develop new feeder markets by proactively reaching out to potential clients and conducting sales presentations.
Market analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer performance to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, such as revenue management, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless service delivery and alignment on sales goals.
Performance tracking: Track and analyze sales data, key performance indicators (KPIs), and revenue forecasts to report on progress and adjust strategies as needed.
Hotel representation: Represent the hotel at trade shows, industry events, and client meetings.
