We are looking for a Corporate Sales Executive to join our team at Bima Saathi. This role involves acquiring new clients and driving business growth, building relationships with customers, and achieving sales targets. Identifying leads, pitching products or services, and ensuring client satisfaction will be the main responsibility. The position offers an in-hand salary of as per company standards along with performance-based incentives and opportunities for career growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new corporate clients and business opportunities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Conduct sales presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
Understand client requirements and provide customized insurance solutions.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Desired Candidate Profile:
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2–8 years of experience in Corporate/B2B Sales.
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to build and manage client relationships effectively.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and customer-focused.
