Roles &Responsibilities:
· Speak with 100% pre-qualified, inbound leads.
· Use a proven, high-converting sales process & script to enroll prospects.
· Ask the right questions to uncover needs and position our mentorship as the solution.
· Manage your pipeline: schedule calls, follow up, and update CRM daily.
· Consistently hit or exceed monthly revenue targets.
· Understand the prospect’s basic requirements, challenges, and intent
· Qualify leads and identify and book an appointment
· Explain the value of the clarity call
· Handle basic objections and concerns professionally
· Schedule and confirm meetings with the team
· Share meeting details (date, time, link)
· Send reminders and follow-ups to reduce no-shows
· Update lead status, notes, and outcomes in CRM or tracking sheets
· Have 1+ years’ experience as Sales Executive.
· Have successfully sold courses/mentorship programs priced at ₹50,000 or above.
· Are skilled at rapport-building, objection handling, and creating urgency.
· Are confident, emotionally intelligent, and highly results-driven.
· Want your income to directly reflect your performance.
· Clear communication skills (Hindi/English)
· Comfortable with calling, WhatsApp, and basic CRM tools
