Education: Bachelor or Master’s degree in marketing management or Equlant

Salary Offered: 3LPA -3.5LPA

Experience: Executive: 0-2 Years,

Reporting: Executive Director

Preferred: Female candidates

A two or Four wheeler is required.

Marketing Job Responsibilities:

Handling Architect and Developers

Builds business by identifying and marketing prospects; maintaining relationships with clients.

Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching.

Attending all site / Client meetings

Meeting Monthly/annual Marketing goals and targets.

Coordinating with architects / clients / Vendors / Contractors

Checking all the works executed at site and updating to the clients

Preparing of estimates / BOQ

Marketing all the works / within predefined time / within predefined quality framework / within the predefined budget

Skills:

Good communication, writing, interpersonal and customer service skills.

Should have negotiation skills to deal with different kinds of customers.

Highly innovative, proactive and should operate effectively.

Candidate should have Presentation Skills and Demonstration skills.

Candidate should have good computer skills

Candidate should have a pleasant personality.
