Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and target-oriented Senior Sales Executive to drive sales for commercial real estate projects. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, handling clients, conducting site visits, building relationships with investors and channel partners, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate leads through various channels, references, and market activities for Commercial projects.

• Handle inquiries and understand clients’ commercial property requirements.

• Present project details, pricing, payment plans, location benefits, and investment opportunities.

• Conduct and manage site visits and convert prospects into customers.

• Follow up regularly with prospective clients and maintain the sales pipeline.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with investors, HNI clients, brokers, and channel partners.

• Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively to close deals.

• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Maintain accurate customer and sales information in CRM.

• Monitor competitor projects and market trends.

• Coordinate with internal teams for booking, documentation, and other sales-related activities.

• Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to management.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline preferred.
MBA/PGDM in Sales & Marketing will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

4–7 years of experience in Real Estate Commercial projects Sales.
