Hiring Collection Officer
Eligibility:
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (as per company requirements).
Two-wheeler and valid driving license preferred.
Job Responsibilities:
Visit customers to collect EMI payments.
Follow up on overdue loan accounts.
Maintain collection records and submit daily reports.
Build positive relationships with customers while ensuring timely collections.
Achieve monthly collection targets as assigned.
Job Requirement:
Candidate should be willing to travel within 40–80 km from their home location.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of using a smartphone for reporting.
