Key Responsibilities:  Contact customers via calls, emails, or visits to follow up on overdue payments  Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances and collection activities  Negotiate payment schedules and settlements  Resolve billing disputes and customer queries  Coordinate with sales, finance, and customer service teams
