Collection Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Collection Team Lead to oversee and manage a team of field recovery agents. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving the successful collection of outstanding loan amounts, mentoring recovery agents, and ensuring timely and accurate reporting of collection metrics.

• Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership:

• DRA Certified Required

• Location for Collection: Raebareli, Sitapur, Lakhimpur, Mitauli, Kanpur, Hardoi, Barabanki

• Supervise and manage a team of field recovery agents; allocate areas and accounts, monitor field activities, and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Loan Recovery Management:

• Oversee the recovery of delinquent loan accounts, ensuring targets are met while maintaining ethical collection practices.

• Reporting:

• Prepare and present detailed daily, weekly, and monthly reports on recovery performance, team productivity, and outstanding accounts.

• Strategy Implementation:

• Develop and implement effective collection strategies and field plans to maximize recovery rates.

• Performance Monitoring:

• Monitor KPIs of team members; provide coaching, training, and feedback to improve effectiveness and efficiency.

• Stakeholder Coordination:

• Liaise with internal departments and clients (banks/NBFCs) for updates, escalations, and issue resolutions.

• Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience (3+ years preferred) in loan collection, preferably in financial services or recovery agencies.

• Strong team management and leadership abilities.

• Excellent knowledge of field recovery operations and legal guidelines regarding debt collection.

• Proficiency in preparing collection reports (daily/weekly/monthly) and analyzing performance data.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet recovery targets.

• Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools.

• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field.

• Experience working in NBFC or financial recovery sector.
