About the Company

Grow Money Financial Services offers end-to-end financial solutions including Life/General/Health Insurance, Mutual Funds, SIPs, NPS, Bonds, Corporate FDs, Credit Cards, Savings Accounts, and Tax/GST Consultation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and mentor a team of 5–10 Business Development Executives/Managers.

• Drive branch sales targets across insurance, investments, and banking products.

• Plan and execute business strategies to increase client acquisition and revenue.

• Monitor team performance, conduct training, and support daily operations.

• Build and maintain strong client relationships and ensure excellent service delivery.

• Generate new business through alliances, referrals, and local market activities.

• Ensure compliance with company processes and regulatory guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate/Postgraduate; experience in financial services or insurance sector preferred.

• Proven team-handling and leadership skills.

• Strong communication, planning, and problem-solving abilities.

• Target-driven, proactive, and able to manage branch operations efficiently.

• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office).
